Q&A
1. My B-day is on a Wednesday but I am really busy that day and I want to play on Thursday, can you please make an exception?
- The offer is valid only for your B-day, with no exceptions. We understand that sometimes people get busy on that day, but gather your friends and family in the escape room instead of meeting them one by one.
2. My B-day is on a Tuesday but I am really busy that day and I want to play at weekend, can I do that?
- We understand you have more time on your hand for a weekend, but this offer is valid only for your B-day, with no exceptions.
3. My B-day is on a Sunday but I am really busy that day and I want to play next week, is the offer still valid?
- Next week brings new players and new birthdays, so make sure you use this offer on the day of your B-day, that's the only time when that's valid.
4. There are three of us that can come to the game, can I still play for free?
- To be able to use this offer there need to be at least 4 people in the game (three people+the B-day person). If there are fewer people, the offer is not valid and you need to pay the full price for every player.
5. There are three adults and one child on our team (8 years). Can I still play for free?
- No. We don't charge for children that age, so if you want to use the offer and play for free, make sure to have a minimum of 3 teammates that are paying for their game).
6. There are 15 people coming to my party, can I have more players playing for free?
-Yes, if they have their birthdays on the same day you have.
7. We are twins and we have our birthday on the same day. Can we both play for free?
- Yes, but you need to book at least two games and have an additional 6 players with you. One game, one person plays for free.
8. I have a gift card, can I use it?
- Yes but not for this game. If you're using your birthday play-for-free ticket, you can't use your gift card as well.
9. We have a LiveIT coupon, can we use it?
- Yes but not for this game. If you're using your birthday play-for-free ticket, you can't use other coupons as well.
10. So we all play for free?
- That would be nice but that's not possible due to the expenses that every game has.
